Who can Bulk Interact message?

Everyone already in your Page inbox. Each person it reaches has messaged your Page at least once, so every message continues a conversation they started.

Do I have to share my Facebook password?

No. You connect through Facebook’s own login screen, and sending runs in your browser using the session you are already signed in to.

What does Bulk Interact do to protect my Page?

It paces every send by 10 to 20 seconds, varies the wording with spintax so no two messages match, sends one attempt per person, and only ever messages people already in your inbox.

How fast does it send?

One person every 10 to 20 seconds, with a short pause between the text and image halves of a send. The pacing is deliberate, so your Page reads like a person working through the inbox.

How many messages can I send from a Facebook Page in one run?

Your free trial covers 500 messages in 24 hours. At 10 to 20 seconds per person, a run of 500 takes roughly two to three hours with the tab open.

Can I pause a send and pick it up later?

Yes. Pause or stop from the panel whenever you like. Every person is recorded as they are sent, so your counts stay accurate and you always know who has been reached.

What access do I need to use it?

Admin access to the Facebook Page, signed in on the same browser. Bulk Interact reads the Page inbox through Facebook’s own business inbox.

Which browsers does it work in?

Chrome, or any Chromium-based browser that installs Chrome extensions. It ships as a Manifest V3 extension and is loaded into the browser you already use for Facebook.

Can I use it with more than one Page?

Yes. Connect every Page your Facebook account manages, then pick the active Page from the extension panel. Leads and campaign history are stored separately per Page.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Bulk Interact. By creating an account, installing the extension, or using any part of the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Bulk Interact.

If you are using Bulk Interact on behalf of a company or a client, you are confirming that you are allowed to accept these terms for them, and these terms bind them as well as you.

What Bulk Interact is

Bulk Interact is a Chrome extension and a website. The extension scans the inbox of a Facebook Page you administer, builds a list of the people who have messaged that Page, and sends the personalised message you wrote to that list from your own browser. The website is where you sign up, connect Facebook, choose a Page, and review your leads and your campaign history.

We are an independent product. Bulk Interact is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your account

You need an account to use Bulk Interact, and you must give us an email address you control. Keep your password to yourself, because anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@bulkinteract.com if you think someone else has access to it.

One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get around a trial limit or a suspension is a breach of these terms.

The Facebook Pages you connect

You may only connect Facebook accounts and Pages that you are genuinely authorised to administer. When you connect a Page you are instructing us to act on your behalf for the things the product does: listing your Pages, reading the thread list of that Page inbox, and sending messages as that Page.

Meta’s own rules apply on top of these terms. Meta’s Terms of Service, its Platform Terms, and its Messenger Platform policies govern everything that passes through Facebook, and nothing written here overrides them. If Meta restricts, limits, or removes your account or your Page, that is a matter between you and Meta.

The messages you send are yours

You decide who is messaged and what the message says, which makes you responsible for it. You must have a lawful basis for messaging the people on your list, you must stop when someone asks you to stop, and you must comply with the marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws that apply where you and your recipients are — including the GDPR where it applies.

Bulk Interact is a tool for answering an inbox that is already yours. It is not a tool for messaging strangers who have never contacted your Page.

Acceptable use

You may not use Bulk Interact to do any of the following:

Send spam, scams, phishing, or deliberately deceptive offers

Message people who have asked you to stop

Send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit

Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who is doing the messaging

Connect a Facebook account or Page you are not authorised to administer

Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service as if it were your own

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or the systems behind it

Modify or drive the extension in ways designed to defeat its sending limits and pacing

The free trial

Every account starts with a free trial of 500 messages, usable within 24 hours of the trial starting. A campaign that sends both an image and text counts as two messages per recipient, because that is two sends.

A trial is tied to the Facebook account you connect, not only to the email you signed up with. If a Facebook account has already been used for a trial on Bulk Interact, connecting it again will not start a new one. The trial is deliberately small — it exists so you can confirm the product works on your own Page before any money changes hands.

Payment and access

Paid access costs 15 USDT for one month. Payment is made manually in USDT on the TRON network to the wallet address we publish, and you submit the transaction ID so that we can match your payment to your account.

It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, we keep no card or wallet on file, and you will never be charged without doing it yourself. When the month is up, access stops until you pay for another month.

Because we verify payments by hand, there can be a short delay between you sending funds and access being activated. If a transaction ID cannot be matched to a payment we have actually received, we will tell you why.

No refunds

Payments to Bulk Interact are final. We do not issue refunds, whole or partial, used or unused, whatever the reason. Please use the free trial before you pay. The full reasoning is set out in our refund policy.

Facebook can change, and that is not on us

Bulk Interact runs on top of Facebook, and Facebook is not ours. Meta can change its policies, redesign the Page inbox, or change how its own systems behave at any time and without telling anyone. Any of those can stop scanning or sending from working until we ship an update.

We will keep the product working against those changes as best we can — that is what your payment is for. But we cannot promise that Meta will leave things as they are, and a change on Meta’s side is not a failure of these terms.

Availability, pacing, and updates

The extension deliberately paces its sending, leaving a gap of roughly ten to twenty seconds between recipients. That is a safety feature rather than a performance problem: it is there to keep your Page from looking automated to Facebook. We may adjust the pacing, the per-run limits, or the minimum supported extension version at any time in order to protect accounts, including yours.

We will try to keep Bulk Interact available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, ship updates that require you to update the extension, or change how a feature works. Where an older extension build would misbehave, that build will be blocked until it is updated.

Intellectual property

Bulk Interact — the extension, the website, the systems behind them, the name, and the design — belongs to us. While your account is in good standing you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You do not acquire any ownership in it, and nothing here gives you a licence to our name or branding.

Your content

Your message templates, your images, your leads, and your campaign records remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that content, process it, and transmit it to Facebook when you tell us to. We do not use it for anything else. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

No warranty

Bulk Interact is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not warrant any particular outcome — we do not promise replies, sales, or that any given message will reach any given person. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bulk Interact is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for intent or gross negligence.

Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Bulk Interact whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@bulkinteract.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular for spam, for connecting Pages you do not administer, or for creating accounts to farm free trials. Where we do that, unused paid time is not refunded, consistent with our refund policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and any material change will be described here rather than made silently. Continuing to use Bulk Interact after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be handled by the competent courts in Germany. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in.
